This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered at Melovia India. Please review the details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Timelines

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement, except on Sundays and public holidays when processing is unavailable.

For deliveries within India, orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to operational issues at the logistics partner’s end or pincode serviceability constraints, which may extend delivery timelines.

International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated on an actual basis and communicated at checkout.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. Customers are advised to provide a correct mobile number and complete shipping address to avoid delays or returns.

If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery confirmation by contacting us via email or phone for Proof of Delivery (POD) or resolution.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to review all order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

Shipping Charges

For orders within India, free shipping is available on all orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 may attract a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated on an actual basis and depend on the destination and package weight.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For exchange requests under a single order, the following shipping charges apply:

₹150 for orders containing up to 2 pieces
₹200 for orders containing more than 2 pieces

These charges include return pickup and reshipping costs. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or error from Melovia India.
