Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies

Should something not be quite right, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with a transparent and hassle-free return or exchange process. We kindly request you to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
General Guidelines

Merchandise purchased during special promotions, sale events, combo offers, or with discount codes is offered at exclusive pricing and is therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Complimentary products received as part of any promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 3β5 business days, subject to service availability.

Store Credit is our preferred mode of refund and remains valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Minor variations in colour or print arising from lighting conditions, photography, or screen settings are considered natural and do not constitute defects.

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.

Melovia India reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters relating to returns, exchanges, and promotional benefits.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us at:

Prepaid Orders

If cancelled before dispatch, the entire order value will be issued as Store Credit.

If cancelled after dispatch, applicable shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit.

Once the order has been shipped, Store Credit will be processed only after the package has been received back at our warehouse.
Please note that prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Return Policy
If your package appears tampered with or arrives in a damaged condition, we request you to kindly refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
In the event of receiving a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Method
Except in cases involving damaged or incorrect products, approved refunds are issued as Store Credit.
Please note:

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges may apply and will be adjusted against the Store Credit issued.

Store Credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Where pickup service is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product. Return shipping expenses in such cases are to be borne by the customer.
The complete return process may take 10β15 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Subject to availability, exchanges are available for both:

Style or Design
For exchange orders:

If the new product is priced higher, the difference must be paid in advance.

If the exchanged product is priced lower, the balance amount will be issued as Store Credit.
Exchange orders are processed only after the original product has been received and approved following quality inspection.
Exchange Shipping Charges

Products purchased during sale periods, promotional campaigns, or combo offers are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange orders cannot be combined with fresh orders.

Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
The exchange process generally requires 10β15 business days.
Products Not Eligible For Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

Sale and promotional purchases

Combo offers and discounted orders

Products without original tags or packaging

Used, washed, or altered merchandise

Requests raised beyond the 7-day window

Complimentary products received with an order

Products purchased through third-party platforms or marketplaces
Offer Policy
When multiple offers are available, only one promotional benefit may be availed per order. This ensures fair and transparent application of privileges across all purchases.
